![Red Bull Leipzig](https://i.imgur.com/XdJ0g5em.jpg) Double delight in Germany tonight as Red Bull Leipzig left it to their last match of the season to deliver their best performance and secured a 3rd place finish and place in next season's European Super Cup, and bitter rivals Borussia Dortmund were relegated. A night of celebrations for the RBL fans at the Red Bull Arena with stunning 8-4 win over Liverpool in an action packed match, the stats show it was a close match but RBL really passed the ball around and gave Liverpool a passing lesson. Poulsen scored a hatrick and finished the season on 16 goals in 16 games, other scorers were Paulinho, Heinrichs, Chiesa on his debut after transfering from Villareal, Novoa and Kraus. At the 51 minute mark RBL were 5-0 and blown Liverpool away, Ibrahimi was instrumental in midfield and had his best match of the season, Chiesa on his debut had a sparkling performance and showed what potential he has at the club. Raebiger and Klostermann were immense in defense and now the club can look forward to playing some of giants of European Football next season.

Time is running out on RBL manager "Chelseablues", we understand the boss is not happy with start to season and poor performance in the European Cup tonight could see him leaving the club for new pastures. he led the club to a top 4 finish last season and place in the European Super Cup but he is clearly not happy with the players and performances, with just point from opening 2 games and poor pre season with 4-0 defeat to ESL 2 Manchester City. In their 3 matches RBL's average possession is only 48%, shots created per game average only 17.3, with an average of 7 shots per game on target and scoring just 2 goals in those 3 matches.
The boss has made his 3rd change already this season going with a 4-3-3 tonight after trying a 3-4-3, and 3-4-1-2 formations so all eyes will be on tonights result and will the boss stay at the club?
